What this notice covers
This notice applies to information you voluntarily provide through member intake and later updates. Submission shows interest only. It does not commit you to join, switch providers, accept an offer, or authorize Tailored Studios to negotiate, represent you, or sign anything for you.
What we collect
We collect contact and company identity, your website, infrastructure and service providers, spend ranges rather than exact figures, satisfaction and preferences, renewal timing, requirements, constraints, categories, free-text responses, and basic form usage such as referral or campaign source and step activity.
How we use it
We use this information to operate and improve the Consortium, understand pooled demand and vendor usage, identify categories worth discussing, and create anonymized aggregate benchmarks and insights. We may provide or license aggregate insights to analytics customers.
Analytics outputs
Outputs may include derived ranges, shares, trends, and indices. Analytics customers receive no raw response, protocol identity, or protocol-specific figures. We release outputs only when the group is sufficiently large to reduce identification risk.
Group pricing
Tailored may use aggregated member demand to negotiate non-binding group offers for the Consortium. We may present those offers to members, who decide whether to participate. We will not identify a member, disclose member-level information, or make commitments for a member without their explicit confirmation. Member-specific introductions, negotiation, or agreements require explicit confirmation.
How we handle member-level information
Member-level information stays restricted. Analytics customers do not receive underlying responses. Information used for separately approved advice or member-specific negotiation remains separate from analytics outputs. Operational service providers may process it only as needed to provide services. We may disclose information when legally required.
Deletion and contact
Contact growth@tailoredstudios.xyz to request correction or deletion. We remove raw data within three business days and stop future raw-data use. Prior anonymized aggregate insights may remain.
Updates
We will update this page for material changes and may notify affected members.
